close to the british museum and oxford street shopping

I really enjoyed that the British Museum was just a few steps away and the vibrant atmosphere of Oxford Street was only a short walk from my stay, making it perfect for leisurely strolls to explore the city's charm. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and loved the complimentary sweets during my visit.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend in London with good value considering the price charged. The staff was very helpful, even delivering a pillow to my room late at night when I requested it. Try to ask for a room with a view if you can.

We loved the convenient location! Exploring nearby attractions was a breeze. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options that kept our family fueled each day. Make sure to check out the onsite restaurant for dinner—delicious food and a lovely atmosphere!

Perfect spot and comfy stay!

We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed how close it was to SOHO without the noise. The staff, especially Michael, was super nice and helped us out a lot. Our Premium Room had everything we needed. Food at the restaurant was pretty good too! Just wish the elevator situation wasn't so slow at times.

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the cozy room which let us set the temperature just how we liked it and the calming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Relaxation options like the serene spa and the comfortable lounge areas really enhanced our experience. The only hiccup was a slight delay with our room service, but it didn't take away from the overall great vibe. 😊

The short cable on the hairdryer made it frustrating to use comfortably.

The staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency in resolving an issue with our iron, showing genuine care. the early bag drop-off option made our arrival more convenient, which we appreciated as a family....

Great place for a theater trip!

We had a blast staying here! Location was spot on, just a short walk to the theater and all the fun spots like Covent Garden. The double room was cozy with all the essentials, and breakfast was super tasty too, lots of options to choose from! Only issue was taxis, they had to drop us a bit away since it's a one-way road.

The location is fantastic, and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. the room was quite small and noisy, which detracted from the experience. A lack of variety on the restaurant menu was also noticeable, though the breakfast was impressive.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! Perfect location for catching shows at the Dominion Theatre and the Shaftesbury Theatre, just a short walk away. Staff was super helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast options...  

The Standard Double/Twin room was all right, but space was tight. The bed was comfy enough, but it was up against the wall, which made getting up a bit awkward. The shower was small—like, really small. On the bright side, the room smelled nice and was clean. The breakfast had great options, which I appreciated!
